Submit Application
Submit your application through our customer intake form. Provide details about your home, preferred schedule, and service needs so we can match you with the right professional — assigned based on availability and fit.
We Review & Approve
Our team reviews your application to confirm we can meet your needs, service your area, and identify the best-matched vetted professional for your home. We don't assign just anyone — we match carefully. Premium Care applications are prioritized for faster review.
You Receive Payment Link
Once approved, you receive an email with a secure payment link. Complete your first month's payment to activate your subscription and lock in your schedule.
Service Begins
After payment confirmation, we coordinate with your assigned professional to schedule your recurring cleaning visits. From this point forward, Ordify Clean manages all scheduling, quality oversight, and customer support — you deal with us, not the individual cleaner.
