Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using Ordify Clean's services.

Summary

These Terms govern your use of Ordify Clean's subscription-based residential cleaning service. Services are provided on a recurring access basis. Recurring cleaning subscriptions reserve dedicated time in our schedule each month. Missed or skipped visits do not qualify for refunds. Rescheduling requests require at least 24 hours' notice and are subject to availability. All disputes must be directed to our support team for resolution.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ordify Clean's services, website, or subscription plans, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use our services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Service Terms

Ordify Clean provides subscription-based residential cleaning services managed by Ordify Clean and fulfilled by vetted independent professionals. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

  • Eligibility: Services are available to residential customers within our service area. You must be at least 18 years old to enter into a subscription agreement.
  • Service Fulfillment: Services are performed by vetted independent professionals operating under Ordify Clean's service standards. Cleaner continuity is prioritized when possible but not guaranteed. All professionals follow the same structured system to ensure consistent results. These professionals are not employees of Ordify Clean.
  • Platform Role: Ordify Clean operates as a service management platform that coordinates cleaning services between customers and independent professionals. Scheduling, support, and quality standards are managed by Ordify Clean. All services are performed by independent contractors.
  • Service Scope: This service is designed for ongoing maintenance. Deep cleaning and specialty tasks are handled separately. Each cleaning visit is performed according to the plan selected at sign-up. Additional services outside your plan incur extra charges.
  • Access to Property: You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your home on scheduled cleaning days. Failure to provide access may result in a missed visit fee.
  • Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing accurate information about your home, including size, number of rooms, pets, and any special requirements.
  • Service Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services with reasonable notice.
  • Scheduling: Appointments are subject to availability. Reasonable efforts are made to accommodate your preferred schedule, but specific time slots are not guaranteed.
  • Initial Reset Service: Ordify Clean operates as a maintenance-based service. Homes that do not meet a reasonable upkeep standard may require a one-time Initial Reset Service before recurring cleaning begins. This ensures consistent quality and efficiency for all future visits.

3. Subscription & Billing

Ordify Clean operates on a subscription model. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

  • Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly on the date you first subscribed, unless otherwise specified in your plan.
  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit and debit cards processed securely through Stripe. A valid payment method must be maintained on file.
  • Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge. Continued failure may result in suspension of your service until payment is resolved.
  • Price Changes: Subscription pricing is adjusted with at least 30 days' written notice. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
  • Taxes: Prices listed may not include applicable taxes, which are added to your invoice as required by law.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Please review the following cancellation terms carefully:

  • How to Cancel: To cancel your subscription, contact us at Info@Ordifyclean.com at least 7 days before your next billing date.
  • Effective Date: Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Service continues through the end of the period already paid for.
  • No Partial Refunds: Partial refunds are not provided for unused portions of a billing period unless required by applicable law.
  • Missed or Skipped Visits: Recurring cleaning subscriptions reserve dedicated time in our schedule each month. Missed or skipped visits do not qualify for refunds. Rescheduling requests require at least 24 hours' notice and are subject to availability. Rescheduling is not guaranteed. Same-day cancellations or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the scheduled visit without refund.
  • Re-activation: If you cancel and wish to re-subscribe, you may do so at any time, subject to current pricing and availability.

5. Limitation of Liability

Ordify Clean takes great care in managing our services and the professionals in our network. Please be aware of the following limitations, which are a standard part of our service agreement:

  • Independent Professionals: Cleaning services are fulfilled by vetted independent professionals, not employees of Ordify Clean. Ordify Clean manages booking, scheduling, quality standards, and customer support, but is not the direct employer of the individuals performing cleaning services. Ordify Clean is not liable for the independent acts or omissions of these professionals beyond what is described in this section.
  • Property Damage — Reporting Window: In the event of accidental damage caused during a cleaning visit, damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of the visit. Reports submitted after this window may not be eligible for resolution. Please email Info@Ordifyclean.com with a description and photos where possible.
  • Resolution Process: Upon receiving a timely damage report, Ordify Clean will investigate and, if responsibility is determined, resolution may include repair, replacement, or limited compensation. Resolution is handled through our defined process. The specific outcome depends on the nature and circumstances of the incident. Compensation is not guaranteed and is determined on a case-by-case basis.
  • Liability Cap: Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific cleaning visit during which the incident occurred. This cap applies regardless of the form of the claim.
  • Excluded Items: We are not responsible for damage to items that are inherently fragile, improperly secured, or of exceptional value (e.g., antiques, artwork, jewelry, collectibles) unless specifically disclosed in writing and agreed upon in advance. Securing or removing valuables before each visit is strongly recommended.
  • Satisfaction & Re-Service: If you are not satisfied with a cleaning, you must notify us within 24 hours of the visit. Where appropriate, a complimentary re-clean of the areas in question is arranged. Re-service requests submitted after 24 hours may not be accommodated.
  • Indirect Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ordify Clean shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.
  • Service Interruptions: We are not liable for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, or other force majeure events. In such cases, reasonable efforts are made to reschedule your visit promptly.
  • Third-Party Products: We are not responsible for any adverse effects caused by cleaning products you request to be used that differ from our standard supplies.

6. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a safe and effective cleaning experience, you agree to:

  • Secure or remove valuables, fragile items, and irreplaceable objects before each cleaning visit.
  • Inform us of any known hazards in your home, including mold, pests, biohazards, or structural issues.
  • Ensure pets are secured or removed from areas being cleaned to protect both your pets and the cleaning professional.
  • Provide a safe working environment free from harassment, threats, or unsafe conditions for the independent professionals fulfilling your service.
  • Notify us of any changes to your home that may affect service delivery (e.g., renovations, new pets, additional rooms).

7. Dispute Resolution

We are committed to resolving any concerns quickly and fairly. Please follow the steps below if you have a dispute:

  • Step 1 – Contact Us First: Before pursuing any formal action, contact our support team at Info@Ordifyclean.com. Every effort is made to resolve your concern within 5 business days.
  • Step 2 – Informal Negotiation: If the initial contact does not resolve the issue, both parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days before escalating further.
  • Step 3 – Mediation: If negotiation fails, either party may request non-binding mediation through a mutually agreed-upon mediator. Costs of mediation are shared equally.
  • Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles. By using our services, you agree that these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
  • Jurisdiction: Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms are brought exclusively in the courts located in our state of registration, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
  • Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings are conducted on an individual basis and not as a class or representative action.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Ordify Clean website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Ordify Clean and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works requires our express written permission.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe:

  • Violates these Terms of Service.
  • Is harmful to other customers, independent professionals in our network, or third parties.
  • Creates legal liability for Ordify Clean.
  • Involves fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity.

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Any outstanding balances remain due and payable.

10. Non-Solicitation of Professionals

To protect the integrity of Ordify Clean's service network, clients agree not to directly or indirectly solicit, hire, contract, or engage any independent cleaning professional introduced through Ordify Clean outside of the platform.

This restriction applies during the course of service and for a period of twelve (12) months following the client's last completed service.

In the event of a violation, Ordify Clean reserves the right to:

  • Charge a placement or referral fee equivalent to the estimated value of lost business.
  • Immediately terminate the client's access to services without refund.
  • Pursue additional remedies as permitted by law.

Clients acknowledge that all professionals within Ordify Clean's network are sourced, vetted, and maintained through the company's systems, and this clause is necessary to protect operational continuity and service quality.
